Charisma, reliability, hustle, and attitude. It's not always about looks. It's about how you carry yourself, connect with customers, and build regulars.

  • Always Be Approachable & Positive A smile goes a long way. Good energy is contagious. Customers are more likely to spend money on someone who looks like they're having fun and want to be there.
  • Talk to Every Customer Don't judge who looks like a spender. Some of the biggest tippers come in jeans and sit quietly. Say hi, ask a question, break the ice.
  • Don't Take Rejection Personally It's a numbers game. Not everyone will say yes, but the more people you approach, the more chances you create. Stay confident and keep moving.
  • Look High-End, Work High-End Customers spend more when they perceive you as luxury. Wear polished, sexy outfits, heels, and well-done makeup. The more expensive you look, the more valuable you seem.
  • Stay On the Floor, Not in the Back Time spent hiding in the changing room is money missed on the floor. Even if it's slow, stay visible. You never know when the next big spender will walk in.
  • Build Fantasy, Not Friendship Be warm, but keep the magic. Don't friend-zone yourself or get too casual. You're not his mate, you're his fantasy. Let him feel lucky to be spending time with you.
  • Don't Wait - Initiate The dancer who makes the first move often makes the sale. Don't wait for eye contact or permission. Approach confidently, say hi, and lead the interaction.
  • Set Daily Money Goals Arrive with a target in mind: "I want to make $600 tonight." This mindset helps you stay focused, keep hustling, and manage your time better.
  • It Only Takes One One customer can change your whole night, or even your month.
