All bookings are final and cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, illness, weather, intoxication, dress code or a decrease in the number of participants.
It is the responsibility of the party organizer to ensure that all participants are aware of this policy prior to making a booking. In the event of any unexpected circumstances, we are open to rescheduling the booking for a later date, subject to availability.
